The Arab Advisors Group would like to announce that the Founder and President of Arab Advisors Group, Mr. Jawad Jalal Abbassi, has made a management buyout of the shares of co-founder and minority shareholder, Mr. Khaldoon Tabaza. The transaction occurred on July 10, 2003 whereby Mr. Abbassi bought Mr. Tabaza's 40% stake in the company. The transaction leaves Mr. Abbassi as the sole owner of the Arab Advisors Group raising his controlled stake in the company from 60% to 100%.

This self-fianced management buyout underlines the success and stability of Arab Advisors Group. Mr. Abbassi has led the company and its operations since its inception in 2001. The transaction consolidates the ownership structure of the company but leaves intact its existing management structure.
